Screen Printed T-shirts

One of the most well established method for t-shirt printing is screen printing. Also known as silk screen printing, this method involves creating a stencil of the design on silk mesh. The mesh screens are photo coated and exposed with a positive film to create a stencil.

The Stencil is then placed on the printing machine with plastisol ink which allows us to print the t-shirts. 

Finally, the t-shirts go through a high temperature dryer allowing the print to cure and produce a high quality finish that will last many washing cycles

Screen printing produces high quality results while staying very cost efficient for bulk orders.

A notable benefit of Screen printing is that you can print designs with fine details. Moreover screen printing produces a high-quality finish has a soft feel and excellent durability.

Full Colour T-shirt Printing

Screen printing can create great results for full colour t-shirt printing. It also works out very cost efficient for larger orders. 

Full colour Digital Transfer Printing

If you are looking to get a photo or a full colour artwork printed on a smaller quantity, say 10 or less, we suggest going for digital transfer printing. in this method we print digital transfers from a specialised printer and heat press it onto the t-shirts.

Digital Transfer Printing method produces very accurate results in terms of sharpness and colours. Moreover, this method stays cost effective for small orders, which makes this method ideal for birthday parties, hen & stag dos' and small office events.
