We do not have a minimum order requirement. However, a larger quantity will always work out cheaper.

Screen Printed T-shirts.
Screen printing works best with highly detailed designs, such as designs with distressed effects or halftones. Moreover, screen printing works out cheapest for larger quantities, say 100 or more.
Our screen printing prices start from 50p. for bulk orders. If you are on a tight budget, we suggest going for White t-shirts with printing. They can cost as low as £1.50 per T-shirt.
With this method, we can do small logos for the left chest and large artworks for the back of the t-shirts. The print size can go up to A3 plus size.
Below are a few design ideas that we can achieve with silk screen.
- One Colour Printing
Single colour screen printing is the fastest and cheapest method of printing t-shirts. You can choose any print colour you like. We can even create ink colours that match closely to your brand or a specific Pantone reference.
Moreover, we can use this method to print detailed photos in one colour using halftone designs.
We can also convert your artwork to a single colour if you have it in full colours initially.
If you are on a tight deadline or budget, this option is ideal for you.
- Multi Colour T-shirt Customisation
With multi-colour screen printing, we can print up to 6 colours using screen printing. This option is ideal for you if you have a brand-specific logo or artwork that will only give the best appearance in its original colours.
- Full Colour Simulated Process Printing
This method works best for designs that need a photo-realistic effect. This method typically requires 4 to 6 colour printing and produces very sharp and vibrant colours.
This method requires careful designing and printing expertise, as it involves printing wet ink on wet ink to blend the colours and produce photo effects with solid colour inks.
Full-colour simulated process printing is printing of choice if you order a larger quantity and mix different colours. If you are going for white t-shirts, then we suggest CMYK printing.
- CMYK Screen printing.
CMYK printing works best on white t-shirts. This method requires using four colours cyan, magenta, yellow & black. The inks we use for this method are process inks, which mean they blend to create a realistic photo effect.
CMYK printing works out much cheaper for larger orders compared with DTG printing. Moreover, once we have made the screens and loaded them to the machine, we can produce large quantities in a short amount of time.
We recommend this method for white garments only.

Vinyl printing on T-shirts
We create a vector file on computer software in this process, and the plotter cuts out the design from a vinyl sheet. Once we peel the excess areas of the artwork, we can then heat press onto the garments.
Benefits of Vinyl printing:
- lasts multiple washes
- sharp, vibrant colours
- cost-efficient for smaller quantity
- Ideal for team t-shirt printing with nicknames and numbers.
With vinyl sheets, we can print a wide range of designs. However, logos with a lot of detail are not practical with vinyl because the plotter is usually unable to cut out fine details. If you have detailed artwork that you want to print, then we suggest screen printing.
Vinyl sheets are available in most standard colours and specific unique colours such as gold and silver. Although we can do multiple colour printing with vinyl, we mostly recommend not doing more than two colours because aligning multiple colours can get tricky.
We recommend using tshirt vinyl printing for:
- A small quantity (less than 25)
- Team t-shirts with back name and number printed.
- Custom initials printing for school or college events
- Hen & Stag party t-shirts with different nicknames
Vinyl printing is not suitable for:
- very detailed logos
- large quantity printing (100 or more)
- logos with too many colours
Digital Transfer printing.
With digital transfer printing, we can print the artwork on a full-colour printer and heat press the sheet directly onto the t-shirts. With this method, we can print photos onto the t-shirts. Moreover, digital printing is a cost-efficient solution if you want a small number of t-shirts with full-colour printing. We suggest screen printing if you wish for full-colour printing on a large order (qty 200+) because screen printing will work out cheaper for a larger order.
Digital printing works with white t-shirts as well as coloured t-shirts.
This method works best on white t-shirts. For coloured t-shirts, the logo must not have thin hollow areas.
